Service is the backbone of our Obsession: Bikes. We feel that life is too short and you should ride more. So our mantra is: Do it right—right on time.
Our service guys will take the time to consult with you about your bike, your needs and your timeline. We’ll then schedule the repair accordingly so that your bike will be ready for your next ride. We always leave a few openings for spot repairs, so should you need a quick fix, it may even get done while you wait (there’s a great coffee shop right next door!).
Plus, we attend all the industry service seminars and clinics so we’re always up-to-date on the latest technology.
Basically, we want to be the best bike shop service department around. And we do everything possible to make it a reality.
